Dave Rath holds the position of Co-CEO and President at Rhythm Innovation. He brings over 30 years of extensive management consulting, regulatory, software development and digital transformation experience across diverse industries, including industrial, automotive, food & beverage, electronics, among others.
Prior to co-founding Rhythm, Dave co-founded and served as the CEO of ProcessMAP Corporation, where he played a leadership role in taking the company from its startup roots to becoming one of the premier SaaS providers for environmental, health, and safety information management. Throughout his tenure, he successfully navigated the company through three private equity investments and a successful exit. Dave earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Utkal University, India, and furthered his education with a master's degree in engineering management from Auburn University.
Jagan Garimella presently serves as Co-CEO while simultaneously leading the company's product innovation efforts in the capacity of Chief Product Officer. With over 25 years of experience in the technology realm, Jagan has cultivated an extensive skill set encompassing technology leadership, the software development lifecycle, cloud-based computing, and IT operations management.
Prior to co-founding Rhythm, Jagan co-founded and held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ProcessMAP Corporation. During his tenure there, Jagan's approach to customer-centric co-innovation and his strong technology leadership were instrumental in establishing the company as one of the industry's pioneering and largest providers of SaaS solutions for environmental, health, and safety information management. Jagan holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Osmania University, India, and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Miami.
Frank Squeri serves as the CFO and COO of Rhythm Innovation. Frank is an accomplished global C-suite finance executive across several venture and private-equity backed companies. He brings 30+ years' experience driving change through technology innovation, automation, and the establishment of effective business processes.
Prior to Rhythm, Frank served as the global CFO of ProcessMAP Corporation, where he played a key role in the company’s majority sale to Hg. Prior to ProcessMAP, he spent his career in several technology and strategic consulting businesses. He started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and public accounting from the City University of New York.
Jyotiranjan Dash serves as the Vice President of Product Engineering at Rhythm Innovations. With over 24 years of experience, he is a strategic leader known for driving business growth through innovation, operational excellence, and technology transformation. Jyotiranjan has successfully led multi-million-dollar programs and global delivery accounts across industries such as Consumer Products, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, and Airlines.
At Rhythm Innovations, he leads the engineering vision for our risk intelligence platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across global implementations.
Prior to joining Rhythm Innovations, Jyotiranjan held leadership roles at leading organizations including Ness Technologies, Accenture, ITC Infotech, and Incture Technologies. He brings deep expertise in digital transformation with platforms like Salesforce, Siebel, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and is known for his ability to streamline operations and foster cross-functional collaboration.
In addition to his master’s degree in Computer Application from North Orissa University, India, Jyotiranjan recently completed the Executive Programme in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, further strengthening his strategic leadership acumen.
Ashish Mohanty serves as EVP, Head APAC at Rhythm Innovations. With over 30 years of experience across diverse manufacturing and software industries, Ashish brings a unique blend of operational excellence, leadership expertise, and customer-focused innovation to his role.
Ashish is passionate about driving product innovation, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering excellence across people, processes, and products. In his current role at Rhythm, Ashish oversees India operations with a focus on operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Prior to joining Rhythm Innovations, Ashish served as Head of Operations with ProcessMAP and Ideagen, where he played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and operational success. A Mechanical engineer by education, Ashish earned his bachelor's degree from Utkal University and went on to complete a Master of Business Administration from IIM Lucknow. He further enhanced his technical and operational expertise through a certification in material management from Team Tech Inc., USA.
J.C. Novoa is a Dynamic and innovative executive with over 20 years of experience in driving global business transformations through cutting-edge technology and strategic leadership. He is recognized for resilient leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in delivering AI-powered cloud solutions to optimize operations and customer engagement. J.C. has a proven track record leading multi-million-dollar global projects in the private and public sectors across multiple markets. Before joining Rhythm Innovations as CTO, J.C. was the Head of Strategic Professional Services & LATAM at SuccessKPI where he spearheaded the delivery of AI-driven, omni-channel SaaS cloud solutions, leveraging innovative technologies to future-proof client investments. J.C. has orchestrated the integration of AI with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect, showcased in multiple client case studies.
Additionally to serving federal & commercial fortune-100 clients in North America, J.C. was entrusted with further expanding SuccessKPI reach in LATAM, specifically in Brazil & Mexico. Prior to SuccessKPI, J.C. Novoa was the Global Technical Evangelist for CCaaS at Capgemini and Accenture where he directed go-to-market strategies, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and global staffing for cloud and CCaaS migrations. There, J.C. introduced hybrid CCaaS solutions atop AWS, Azure, and Google platforms to enable digital transformation in the insurance and financial services space. Before that, J.C. Novoa led EH&S SaaS organizations as CTO for CMO Software - a Mitratech company and Vice-President of Architecture, Engineering & Infrastructure at ProcessMAP.
Mike current serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Rhythm Innovations leading overall company strategy, providing leadership to our Centers of Excellence, our Rhythm Insights thought leadership platform, partnership development, and product strategy. Mike also provides leadership to the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations functions.
Mike is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of industry experience leading several operational and strategic functions in last role as a Senior Vice President at Advance Auto Parts. During his time at Advance Auto Parts, Mike was the CEO of Neuse River Insurance Company, Chief Procurement Officer – Indirect, and the executive responsible for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Asset Protection, Insurance Risk Management, and Sustainability. Mike managed a $4 Billion indirect procurement budget, managed over $200 Million in reserves related to risks, and oversaw an 80% reduction in workplace incidents for 70,000 employees, 5,000 stores, 50 distribution centers, 35,000 drivers, and 12,000 vehicles across retail, warehousing, and complex B2B final mile delivery.
Mike previously was the Vice President of EHS for Dean Foods (now Dairy Farmers of America). At Dean Foods Mike led a dramatic reduction in Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) and implementation of one of the first large scale telematics deployments in a private fleet resulting in a significant decrease in DOT reportable incidents and insurance costs related to fleet accident. Mike was also the Global Director of Risk Management and EHS for Apex Tool Group and held senior EHS roles at Danaher Corporation. He started his EHS leadership and continuous improvement career at Textron and Texas Instruments.
Mike has a history of deploying EHS and Risk technology solutions coupled with leadership and cultural programs that drive stickiness with EHS and compliance performance improvement ensuring sustainment. Mike has a passion for developing talent and has been a mentor for several emerging EHS leaders across industry.
Mike has served several terms on the Board of Directors of NAEM, having been an active member since 1997. Mike is the current past Chair having served as Chairperson from 2021-2024. Mike and his team at Advance Auto Parts won the 2020 US Chamber of Commerce Citizenship Award for Sustainability.
Mike is a graduate of Clark University with a degree in Environmental Science & Policy. Mike attended Columbia University conducting climate change research at the Biosphere 2 Center in Oracle, Arizona. He also completed post-graduate work at Clark University in Environmental Risk Management and Project Management from Bryant University. Mike has completed Executive Leadership Programs from McKinsey and Korn Ferry. Mike is a Six Sigma Greenbelt certified in DMAIC, DFSS, and Lean.
