While traditional safety management approaches often overemphasize the use of lagging metrics such as Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), these approaches often mask the real risks lurking in high-hazard tasks. But how do you take your safety management program to the next level?
This webinar is designed for EHS, HR, Operations, and Risk Management leaders who are ready to embrace Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIF) prevention at the heart of their safety transformation strategy. We will explore the concepts of SIF and the roadmap as to how a SIF-centric approach can pinpoint high-exposure work, prioritize critical controls, and harness data from frontline teams, equipment, and various digital systems to prevent life-altering events.
Featuring industry case studies, actionable frameworks, and technology enablers, this session will show how leaders can transform safety outcomes through predictive risk management, control effectiveness monitoring, and enterprise-wide alignment around SIF prevention. Learn how to move beyond compliance and toward a culture that anticipates and eliminates serious harm.
