Rhythm Innovations was founded on a simple belief: empower frontline workers with real-time intelligence and enable leaders to make better decisions — so more people return home safely every day.
For decades, organizations have relied on fragmented technologies, manual processes, and lagging indicators to manage worker safety, fleet operations, and operational risk. Critical signals existed across telematics platforms, safety systems, compliance records, maintenance tools, claims data, and frontline operations — but rarely in one connected intelligence layer. As a result, leaders were often forced to make decisions with incomplete visibility, while frontline workers and supervisors lacked the real-time context needed to prevent incidents before they occurred.
Rhythm was created to fundamentally change that model.
Built on the experience of creating one of the first cloud-based safety platforms serving customers in more than 150 countries, Rhythm’s founding team spent nearly two decades helping organizations improve worker safety inside manufacturing plants, facilities, and industrial operations. In 2022, the company was acquired by Hg, one of Europe’s leading technology private equity firms.
But more than 100 conversations with customers, safety leaders, and operators revealed an even greater challenge — protecting frontline workers and fleets operating every day outside the four walls across roads, jobsites, utilities, and field operations.
What started as a challenge became a passion. That passion became a mission. And Rhythm was born in 2025.
